East County Transitional Living Center

ECTLC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation dedicated to ending chronic homelessness in San Diego and beyond. To accomplish this goal we operate several Transitional Living Centers in San Diego's east county. At these centers there are five separate programs to meet the needs of these homeless persons. Our Discipleship Training Programs are Christ-centered and will bring a person from homelessness to faith in Christ, employed and transitioned to self-sufficiency as productive members of our community. Our Emergency Voucher and Transitional Living programs work closely with all social service providers in our community to find permanent living and long-term programs for those seeking help. The individuals participating in these programs are not required to attend any of the Christ-centered classes or studies, but they are welcome if they choose. These classes include Bible studies, anger management, parenting, substance abuse recovery, life skills, couples, and a host of others.
