Our mission is to provide transitional living centers that meet the needs of all homeless persons through both long and short-term case-managed programs. ECTLC maintains clean, safe facilities that provide individuals and families with temporary housing until they can regain control of their lives.

Our Vision:
To give hope and a hand up to homeless persons by assisting them into independent living through case-managed transitional programs.
