Senior Staff

ECTLC is unique in that nearly everyone on staff, paid and unpaid, came through our program. The senior staff pictured below were all, at one point, disciples in our men and women’s programs. Drugs, alcohol, criminal behavior, homelessness, depression, suicide attempts, prison—we were there. This is helpful to what we do--no one coming into our programs can tell us that we don’t understand what they’re going through. We can be compassionate and understanding toward them, in every step they take through every phase, because someone on staff did it for us. Pictured below is almost 70 years of ministry experience, 3 ordained pastors, and a dedication to the Lord that keeps ECTLC operating to the best of our humble abilities.
