ECTLC is unique. Nearly everyone on our staff, paid and volunteer, has come through one of our programs. The senior staff pictured below is no exception, with the majority having completed programming identical to that which is offered here at ECTLC. This is helpful to what we do—no one coming into our programs can tell us that we don’t understand what they’re going through. We’ve been there & done that! We can be compassionate & understanding toward them, in every step they take, through every phase of their programming, because someone once did it for us. Pictured below is more than 70 years of ministry experience, 4 ordained pastors, and a dedication to the Lord that keeps us coming back day after day, determined to help everyone that comes to us for help!
