Since 2009, East County Transitional Living Center (ECTLC) has provided vital services to the homeless in the eastern part of San Diego County in California. We have been blessed richly by the donations of financial support and other resources from many individuals, businesses, foundations, churches, and organizations. ECTLC would not have the opportunity—and privilege—to provide our life-transforming services for homeless men, women, and children without their support. We are grateful for every donation, no matter how large or small.
Staff: We have staff working operate around the clock, every day of every week, year-round.
Transportation: The need to drive program members to work therapy projects, medical, legal, and other essential appointments is a necessary service we provide. Financially, it becomes more and more expensive as gas prices and vehicle maintenance costs increase.
Housing: We operate from several locations—the main campus in El Cajon, the Women's Center, and the Men's Ranch. The expenses for each facility differ yet are similar to standard housing expenses. We pay mortgages, utilities, and maintenance. It is easy to imagine that our expenses—times three—are a significant portion of our yearly budget.
ECTLC is proud to be accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). For information about ECTLC, please visit our page on the ECFA website.
